I believe this must be the very first time I have *ever* ranked a person, product or place as "five stars" across every available category! As someone who has bought or sold perhaps a dozen properties, predominantly Residential and a few Commercial & Land, my hope is that this might help you  appreciate just how lucky you are to have the chance to work with Debbie. I have enjoyed her services as a Buyer's Agent primarily but also as a Listing Agent and numerous occasions involving research and analysis.

I will start by saying that Debbie is the rare sort of individual who I firmly believe not only merits every one of those five stars, she does so in spades! She is thorough, thoughtful and talented. This all naturally gives us a feeling we are now quite familiar with, that being that we are always in extraordinarily good hands with Debbie.

The foregoing made it easy for me to immediately set aside my work today and take the time to provide her potential clients here with my albeit "at-length" comments, which I can attributed to the unreserved and wholehearted recommendation I am able to pass along to anyone with absolute confidence. Lastly, I will just mention that she has always arrived remarkably well-prepared and seems to find the time to fully research matters before every meeting -- even on short notice! Even in the couple of times when the pressure has been on she has always set a tone for the room and projected a bright, positive, and energetic attitude. She humbly proceeds to make it quite obvious that she is so much further out in front (and on top!) of the matters at hand than anyone in the room that I concluded a long time ago that there is very little point in feeling like I need to personally do anything other than communicate my need or interest and maybe bring a pen to the Closing table. Meanwhile she has been working hard to look out for my best interests in every respect. Her skills, hard-work and professional approach have truly set the bar so high that I cannot imagine working with anyone else. Choose and work with Debbie one time and see for yourself what it's like to feel like the commissions paid to Real Estate Agents are *a bargain*!! I admit I am not sure I would have imagined myself ever saying that had I not met Debbie.

Debbie was relentless in finding us the perfect home and making sure everything went smoothly. We are not easy to satisfy and new what we wanted. Understandably not easy to work with. Still, Debbie went above and beyond putting everything in order and accommodating our situation. Nobody knows the area and the people like she does. We will always use Debbie!

We were impressed with her knowledge about the local real estate market, and she is willing to go above and beyond what we expected our agent to do. She is the only one of several agents we spoke to that kept in contact with us. We have dealt with other agents in our buying and selling days, but never were impressed with the service we got.
